An enterprising leader having strong belief in achieving the results through team work, delegation, empowerment and futuristic outlook with 4 decades of diverse experience of Project Management and Construction of Hydro Power Plants, Pump Storage Plants, Thermal & Wind Projects including 33 years in Himalayan region of Uttarakhand in different hydro projects from Concept to Commissioning including O&M.

Very much passionate about implementation of Hydro & Pump storage plants and strongly advocated at various forums, Seminars/Conferences and as a member in National level Committees of MOP/NRPC/CEA/CWC/BIS for framing Guidelines/policies/Manuals in power sector. For learning international practices/latest innovations, participated in various International Training Programs/Conferences on Hydropower/Pump storage plants/ Dam safety and visited various Large Hydroelectric Projects and Pump Storage Plants in India and abroad.

Presently empanelled as Dam Safety Expert and Construction Supervision Expert in Dam Safety Review Panel by Central Water Commission. Member of Dam Safety review panel for DVC and NEEPCO Dams as Dam Safety, Construction Supervision and Instrumentation Expert. Also associated with THDC as a consultant for new Hydro projects and construction of Vishnugad Pipalkoti Hydroelectric Projects. In addition, I am also Consultant and Faculty (Engg.) in Dr Dhawan Academy of Geologists.
